Parking: All flats available have the right to park a vehicle within the car park (this does not necessarily apply to all the flats in the block).
Situation:
Pavilion Court is situated within five minutes walk of the shopping centre in Folkestone. It is within a one minute walk of the harbour area. Many restaurants are within two or three minutes walk.
