The majority of our properties are located at Folkestone Harbour in a purpose-built complex called Pavillion Court. All flats in Pavilion Court are similar in dimensions and facilities. Flats are available part furnished, that is with carpets, curtains, wardrobe and bed or unfurnished.

Parking:
All flats available have the right to park a vehicle within the car park (this does not necessarily apply to all the flats in the block).

Situation:
Pavilion Court is situated within five minutes walk of the shopping centre in Folkestone. It is within a one minute walk of the harbour area. Many restaurants are within two or three minutes walk.
